At Anchored Hope Wellness Center, we believe that everyone deserves access to quality behavioral health care. We accept a wide range of insurance plans, including commercial and MassHealth-funded options, to make treatment as accessible and affordable as possible.

For those without insurance or who prefer private pay, we offer self-pay options and can provide superbills for clients seeking out-of-network reimbursement.
Our administrative team is happy to assist with verifying your insurance benefits, understanding copays and deductibles, and answering any billing questions. At Anchored Hope, our goal is to make getting started with therapy simple, transparent, and stress-free — so you can focus on your healing and growth.

$150 per 50 mins
$175 for 60 mins
Payment Methods
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
We accept the following forms of payment:
• Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
• Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
• Private pay (self-pay)
If you are using insurance, benefits and coverage are determined by your health plan. Any applicable copayments, coinsurance, or deductibles are the responsibility of the client.
Good Faith Estimate (No Surprise Act)
For clients who are uninsured or choosing to self-pay, a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of services is available upon request in accordance with the No Surprises Act.

Yes. Anchored Hope accepts select insurance plans. Coverage varies by provider and plan, so we recommend contracting your insurance company to understand your mental health benefits.

Yes. If you have out-of-network benefits, we can provide a superbill upon request that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined by your insurance plan.

Costs are discussed during the intake process. Uninsured and self-pay clients may request a Good Faith Estimate prior to scheduling services in accordance with the No Surprises Act.

At this time, we are not offering sliding scale rates. We are happy to discuss self-pay options during your intake and provide a good faith estimate so you can make an informed decision.

Payment is collected at the time of your session. For telehealth sessions, payment must be on file prior to the appointment.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged the full session fee, as this time has been reserved specifically for you. -

Letters, forms, or documentation outside of session time
Court-related services
Extended sessions
Any additional fees will be discussed in advance.

Yes. In compliance with the No Surprises Act, self-pay clients are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining expected costs of services upon request.

Insurance benefits may change at any time. Clients are responsible for notifying our office of changes to insurance coverage and for any balances not covered by their plan.

If a claim is denied by your insurance provider, the balance becomes the responsibility of the client. Our office is available to help clarify billing questions.

Payment arrangements may be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be approved in advance.
