Our supervision model emphasizes reflective practice, case consultation, and support tailored to each clinician’s experience level and licensure status. We are committed to fostering a learning environment where clinicians feel supported, guided, and confident in their clinical work while meeting Massachusetts licensure and professional standards.

Positions Available

Anchored Hope Wellness Center offers opportunities for individuals interested in contributing to high-quality, client-centered behavioral health services across a variety of roles. Current and anticipated openings may include:

  • Administrative Positions (practice support, scheduling, and operations)

  • Outpatient Mental Health Clinicians (licensed or license-eligible)

  • In-Home Therapy (IHT) Clinicians (coming soon)

  • Therapeutic Mentors (coming soon)
