No-Show & Cancellation Policy
No-Show and Late Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend your scheduled therapy session, you must notify Anchored Hope Wellness Center at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-show appointments will result in a late cancellation fee of $85. This fee is the responsibility of the client and is not covered by insurance.
Emergency Exception
Anchored Hope Wellness Center understands that emergencies may occur. Emergency situations may be considered for fee waivers on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the practice. Documentation may be requested when appropriate. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in changes to scheduling privileges or referral to alternate services.
Medicare / Medicaid Notice
We work with both Medicare and Medicaid to ensure access to care for our clients. Services billed through these programs cannot be charged an out-of-pocket fee, in accordance with state and federal regulations.
While Medicare and Medicaid members cannot be charged no-show fees, all members are still expected to abide by our cancellation policy. Repeated inconsistency in therapy attendance may result in case closure. Our goal is to make high quality, compassionate care accessible while maintaining full compliance with all payer guidelines.
